Stacey N. Grundy,
I am Stacey Grundy, and I am a senior-level Instructional Designer and Corporate Trainer. Collectively, I have approximately 15 years of experience in education and curriculum, training, instructional design and project management.
My primary responsibilities have included sales, customer service, operations and leadership instruction and delivery. Additionally, my roles have encompassed course design and redesign for national franchise networks and audit, tele-sales and home health client care divisions.
I have managed leadership education national training programs, orientation and onboarding implementations, and annual online corporate compensation certifications. I am technology proficient in: InDesign, Articulate Storyline, Microsoft Office, Lectora, Adobe, Go Animate (Vyond), and various LMS platforms.
My primary responsibilities consist of partnering with internal and external customers to analyze training needs, assess various training methods and best practices, develop effective instructional materials, design and redesign current training programs, while also developing and delivering corporate leadership education courses.
I am committed to education and the adult learner instructional process. It is my mission to be a “champion” for learning and development, as a team player and servant leader in all that I do. As I embark upon my next opportunity with excitement and enthusiasm, I will bring the following to that role:
15 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design and facilitation and six years in a lead role.
